Student portal

A student portal that also serves parents and teachers.

Each person logs in and sees what's theirs: students follow lessons and payments, parents handle invoices and contracts, teachers fill in the register. All at your school's own address, with no app to install.

The problem

Without a portal, everything becomes a message to the front office.

A duplicate invoice, the exam date, how many absences I have, my child's contract. One person answering, one question at a time.

The front office becomes a call center

The same five questions, every month, on the WhatsApp of whoever should be handling enrollment.

Out of hours, nothing gets solved

The student needs a receipt at 10pm on Sunday and the answer only comes Monday morning.

Every document requested is a document rebuilt

Enrollment certificate, receipt, transcript: someone stops what they're doing and puts it together by hand.

For students

Student portal

Students solve on their own what they ask the front office today — any time, from their own phone.

Lessons and calendar

Next lesson, class schedule, holidays and booked make-up lessons.

Attendance

How many lessons attended, how many missed and how many make-ups are left.

Invoices and receipts

Duplicates, Pix copy-and-paste and payment history without asking anyone.

School notices

Announcements and schedule changes in the right place, not lost in a group chat.

For those who pay

When the student is a minor, it's the parent who needs access — and what they need is different from what the student needs.

For teachers

Teacher portal

Teachers log in and see only their own classes. No access to the school's finances, no screen full of menus they'll never use.

  • Today's class registerRoll call and lesson content in seconds, straight from the phone in the classroom.
  • Class list with historyWho's missing a lot and what's already been noted about each student.
  • Their own lesson scheduleTimes, rooms and this week's make-ups, without depending on coordination.
  • Separate permissions from the front officeEach role sees what's theirs; teachers don't see contracts or tuition.

No installation

It's not an app to download. It's your school's address.

The portal runs in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer. Nobody has to find your school in an app store, and you don't depend on Apple or Google approving any change you publish.

Next step

Take off the front office's plate what students can solve themselves.

Frequently asked questions

Portal questions.

Does the portal use my school's address?+

Yes. Each school gets its own subdomain, in the format yourschool.traus.com.br, and its data is kept separate from every other school's.

Do students, parents and teachers share one login?+

No. Each role has its own access and sees only what's theirs: teachers don't see contracts or tuition, and parents don't see the whole class.

Does a parent with two children need two accounts?+

No. One login brings together every student under their responsibility, with each one's billing kept separate.

Are there report cards and grading councils in the portal?+

No. Traus serves course-based schools, where what exists is attendance, lesson content and module completion certificates — not bimonthly report cards or grading councils, which belong to K-12.
